Bat Return Policy:

A3 offers no warranty other than manufactures warranty offered by each individual manufacturer. Please see warranty information below or visit manufacturers website. 

 

DEMARINI
Aluminum and composite bats carry the manufacture's warranty. All warranty replacements need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

LOUISVILLE SLUGGER

Louisville Slugger offers a one time, one year limited warranty (may vary outside the U.S.) from the original purchaser’s receipt date. To avoid fraudulent claims, consumers must save original receipt (proof of purchase).

 

Bat Warranty Instructions:
Please complete the warranty form on our website at warranty.slugger.com or call us at 1-844-531-5506 for detailed return instructions.

NOTE: The Louisville Slugger one year limited bat warranty does not include wood bats with the exception of MLB Hybrid (wood composite), which has a 120 day warranty.

 

MIKEN

Miken Sports warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty covers cracking, breaking, or significant denting that may occur during normal usage. Should a defect occur during the warranty period, Miken Sports will repair or replace (at its option) the defective product, free of charge. A replacement product will be an identical or reasonably equivalent product. This is your exclusive warranty.

This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Do not return your bat to the store from which you purchased it for warranty service. Miken Sports authorized dealers do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

For Composite Slowpitch Bats ONLY--IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO PRESERVE YOUR WARRANTY COVERAGE: Before using your new bat, please note that it has both a permanent engraved serial code and a removable sticker adhered to it. The sticker contains the serial code that matches the permanent engraved code on the bat. Peel off the sticker from the bat and attach it to your original sales receipt. Save the sticker and original sales receipt, as both are required for warranty service.

Limitations:

This warranty does not cover cost of inconvenience, damages due to product failure, transportation damages, misuse, abuse, alteration, accident or negligence, or if the bat is used in commercial batting cages. This warranty does not apply to replaceable end caps or grips. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes. Miken Sports shall not be liable for death or injuries to persons, damage to property, or for any incidental, contingent, or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Miken Sports sole liability for this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration as set forth above. Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.

Bats not purchased from an authorized dealer do not carry our warranty. Miken Sports does not accept receipts from PayPal, Paypoint, eBay, or other auction websites.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

IMPORTANT: Do not return your bat to your sporting goods dealer. (Canadian consumers, please see the instructions at the bottom of this page.)

1.Complete the online Bat Return Form or call 877.807.5291 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central time, Monday-Friday to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). For questions, you may email info@mikensports.com. Please have the following information available: model #, serial number, length, weight, date of purchase, and location of purchase.

2.Once you receive your RA# and return instructions, write the RA# on the original receipt and attach the receipt to the barrel of the bat with a rubber band and send the bat to the Warranty Department at the following address:

NOTE: For Composite Slowpitch bats, the sticker with serial code must also be attached to the original receipt.

We recommend that you make a copy of your sales receipt for your own records. Receipts will be verified with the retailer/authorized dealer. If it is determined the receipt is invalid, warranty coverage will be denied, and the bat will be sent back permanently marked.

Bats must be post-marked within the warranty period. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bat in for warranty consideration. We are not responsible for any bat that is lost during shipping to our facility and encourage you to ship the bat in a manner that can be tracked.

3.Each bat that comes in for warranty must meet our warranty requirements to receive a one-time replacement within one year from the date of purchase. If Miken Sports determines a proper warranty claim has been made, a replacement bat of equal value will be provided. Such bat will contain a designated marking, indicating that it is being provided to fulfill Miken Sports warranty obligations for the original bat purchased. Any bat returned to Miken Sports with this designated marking will not be replaced.

If possible, Miken Sports will repair the bat first before a replacement is issued. End caps and knobs are typically parts that can be repaired. If a bat is sent back repaired, the original sales receipt will also be returned as the remaining warranty will still be in effect from the original date of purchase.

To ensure proper delivery and to avoid potential theft, the bat owner or another member of the household over 18 years old must sign for the warranty bat when it is delivered; no other signatures will be accepted. After three delivery attempts, the bat will be returned to us as “undeliverable.”

4.Miken Sports reserves the right to refuse to replace a bat claimed to be under warranty if we determine the bat has been misused, abused, or altered from its original manufactured condition. To determine whether a bat has been so altered, we may be required to conduct destructive testing on your returned bat. An alteration may consist of: gluing (even in an attempt to “repair” the bat), shaving, rolling, vicing, damage due to hitting objects other than balls, or any form of “doctoring” the bat in an attempt to affect its performance or characteristics.

If Miken Sports determines the returned bat is not under warranty or that the warranty has been voided, we will place a designated marking on the returned bat, and it will be sent back to the owner without a replacement. The determination of whether a warranty is valid or voided by misuse or alteration is in the sole discretion of Miken Sports.

For questions, you may email returns@worthsports.com. Please have the following information available: model #, serial number, length, weight, date of purchase, and location of purchase.

EASTON

Easton prides itself on the quality and performance of its products which not only meet, but also exceed industry quality and durability standards. However, all materials are subject to fatigue and a possible breakdown over time.

Easton will replace any defective high performance composite of aluminum bat to the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase under the conditions listed below:

1. The defective bat is accompanied by the ORIGINAL RECEIPT (proof of purchase) and the MATCHING HOLOGRAM STICKER
•THE HOLOGRAM STICKER MUST MATCH THE HOLOGRAM THAT IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE HANDLE/TAPER AREA OF THE BAT
2. The bat broke during normal use as a result of a manufacturer's defect
3. The bat was purchased from an authorized Easton dealer (Warranty does not apply to bats purchased from third party auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist)

1 YEAR BAT WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
This Easton bat warranty covers all manufacturing defects resulting from normal field usage including: Denting, Cracking, Breaking, Loose or Detached End Cap or Rattling.

This is a high performance product, designed to deliver maximum performance within the limits of the association rules. In order to deliver peak performance, this bat is not indestructible. In fact it's useful life is partly determined by the number of hard hits it takes over its lifetime. For this reason, our bats are designed with the intent of individual use. They are not designed to be a team bat.

This warranty is limited to one bat per original purchase and only can be redeemed by the original purchaser.

Easton reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in the sole discretion of Easton Sports, abuses the products and/or our warranty policy.

Please fill out the form below for the bat you wish to return. When you submit this request an Easton Sports Warranty Representative will notify you of your return authorization number via e-mail within 3 business days. Shipping instructions and ship to address will also be included.

To extend the life of your bat, Easton Sports suggests the following:

- Use with leather covered balls only
- Limit the bat to your individual use only
- Rotate the bat 1/4 turn each at-bat

To clean your bat, use mild soap and water.

RETURN PROCEDURE IN 3 EASY STEPS:
1. Review above conditions before filling out form.
2. Once the return authorization number is issued, the consumer must return their product in its entirety along with proof of purchase within 14 days by prepaid carrier.
3. Contact Easton Sports Warranty Department directly at 1-888-259-1297 to receive a return authorization number if you have more than one item to return.

Warranty coverage will be determined exclusively by Easton Sports. Easton cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it is inspected and determined to be under warranty. Once received, if Easton Sports agrees that the product is defective, a repaired or replacement product will be shipped via Ground Delivery after up to three business days of receiving the defective item. If Easton Sports deems the item does not fall under the conditions listed above the product will be returned to you. Bats are limited to a two-time replacement from the date of purchase. Easton reserves the right to substitute similar product if necessary.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM TO EASTON SPORTS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
